
The Timmins Police Service is providing an update regarding the weapons-related incident that occurred yesterday in the area of Crawford Street, South Porcupine.
As of 11:26 p.m. on February 3, 2026, the Crawford Street area has been re-opened to the public.
On February 3, 2026, police received a report involving a weapon and an alleged assault. As a result of the investigation, a search warrant was obtained and executed at a residence in the area.
During the execution of the search warrant, the suspect was located inside the residence and taken into custody. As a result of the search, two pellet guns were seized from the residence.
Seth ENNIS, 20 years of age, of Timmins, has been charged with the following:
- 2 counts of Assault with a Weapon
- 2 counts of Uttering Threats
- Forcible Confinement
- 2 counts of Theft Under $5,000
- Careless Use of a Firearm
- Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm
- Possession of a Firearm Contrary to Order
- Possession of a Firearm Knowing Its Possession is Unauthorized
- 2 counts of Fail to Comply with Sentence Order

Seth ENNIS will be held in custody and scheduled to attend a bail hearing today on February 4, 2026.
